Resume streaming on page reload

How to you plan to do that ? I'm building a similar app and I used Pinia + server side conversation storage, but I'm not proud of my solution

@Mateleo I haven't had time to look yet but I know there are several mentions of it in the doc and probably some examples soon! If not, I'll check with the ai sdk team directly!
