What problem does this solve or what need does it fill?
Bevy has support for using multiple time systems at the same time. It would be useful to be able to specify which Time resource AnimationPlayer should use. That is especially the case if there is specific Time used for gameplay logic.
What solution would you like?
I created naive implementation, not sure if that is the best approach for it that will mention this ticket and I will create PR in a second
