What feature?

Issue:
While achievers can currently be filtered by domain using the activeTag state, there's no visible UI element for tag selection. This limits discoverability and makes filtering less intuitive.
Suggested Enhancement:
Introduce a horizontal tag filter bar positioned above the search input. Users can click on tags to filter achievers by domain.
Benefits:

• Enhanced Usability: Simplifies domain-based filtering.
• Improved Discoverability: Displays all available domains as clickable tags.
• Clear Visual Feedback: Highlights the active tag for better context.
