[Package Issue]: The package name of AlbrechtL.WelloIO is misspelled (It's supposed to be WelleIO)

• I have not been informed if the issue is resolved in a preview version of the winget client.

Brief description of your issue

The package name of AlbrechtL.WelloIO is incorrect. The program itself is called Welle.io with an E. And the software's author is (to the best of my current knowledge) German, in whose language I at least recognise the word "welle" from the media company Deutsche Welle.

Steps to reproduce

1. Run winget search albrecht.
2. See that the Id is given as (...).WelloID.

Actual behavior

The package name/Id misspells "welle" as "wello".

Expected behavior

The package is correctly spelt as AlbrechtL.WelleIO.
