Inspector v0.16.3 fails to connect due to `server logging is not supported`

Closing this one since the Inspector is working according to the spec, although many server examples are not correctly listening for the log level. We made it more obvious that this is the case by adding a toast in those scenarios. Cliff is also working on a way to handle this more gracefully on the SDK side: modelcontextprotocol/typescript-sdk#882
