sequentialthinking: Invalid totalThoughts: must be a number

Describe the bug
Using sequentialthinking with Librechat v0.7.9 (AI client). During execution, some responses contain the error but not all: "Invalid totalThoughts: must be a number"

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Deploy Librechat, configure sequentialthinking MCP server.
2. Choose sequential-thinking in the MCP server dropdown
3. Craft query, send message.

Expected behavior
Expect to see clear order of events with no errors.
