[RFC] root.createUniform, root.createMutable, (...)

Seeing as most buffers are used only for one purpose, we could create a shorthand for these uses.

Instead of:

const fooBuffer = root.createBuffer(d.f32, 0).$usage('uniform');
const fooUniform = fooBuffer.as('uniform');

fooBuffer.write(123);

We could allow for

const fooUniform = root.createUniform(d.f32, 0);

fooUniform.write(123);

And the same for mutable, and readonly.
