Update all dependencies to latest versions and fix security vulnerability

This PR comprehensively updates all project dependencies to their latest compatible versions while maintaining backward compatibility and fixing a critical security vulnerability.

Security Fix

Fixed critical security vulnerability CVE-2025-22145 in Carbon dependency by updating from 1.39.1 to 3.10.2. This vulnerability allowed arbitrary file inclusion via unvalidated input passed to Carbon::setLocale. All security audits now pass with no vulnerabilities reported.

Major Dependency Updates

• PHPUnit: Updated from 9.6.24 to 10.5.50
  • Updated phpunit.xml.dist schema for PHPUnit 10 compatibility
  • All 81 tests continue to pass without modification

• Symfony Cache: 5.4.46 → 7.2.9 (latest stable version)

• Doctrine Inflector: 1.4.4 → 2.1.0
• Symfony Translation: 4.4.47 → 7.3.2
• Flysystem: Already at latest (3.30.0)
