feat: add automated identifier renaming

1. Adding a new option for providing a root folder path containing identifier folders, which streamlines the renaming process for users.
2. Allowing users to manually enter identifiers, separated by commas, to rename images in specific directories or using the file upload option.

These additional options simplify the renaming process, providing flexibility and convenience for users.
