Tentative reverse proxy fix

Summary of changes

• added the possibility to run gdbgui behind a reverse proxy

Precaution

• x_for=1 and x_prefix=1 by default should probably be user configurable
• position in templates could have side effect

Tests

tested with docker compose with traefik:v2.10 and those labels
