Seeing this has come up a couple of times, and one of the maintainers gave a thumbs up on one of those comments, this PR makes the minor B/C break of moving the native lazy ghosts config up.
This will affect folks running PHP 8.4 with ORM 3.4+ who've already upgraded to DoctrineBundle 2.15 and made the shift to native lazy objects.
