There are 2 issues fixed: Large file read offset (the type was incorrect, int->unit64 on ios and int->double on Android) react-native 0.79.0 types compatibility (it does not support NSInteger for method parameters)

There was a crash in SeekTo when you was trying to partially read large file which is over 2 GB.
The issue was in type mismatch.
Additionally new NSNumber is supported by react-native 0.79.
