hence the unit test too
with this new version the annotation is not required and we don't have to add it for every test

Small tweaks to avoid some warnings in the initial scaffolding using langgraph 0.5.1 like:
Additionally the test was warning about a missing
asynciotool, so that's whypytest-asyncio
