this is a WIP. don't merge. (still needs tests and more) just wondering about the approach / validity
it is a solution for #2975
I imagine we could have a property set that activates the
BeanPostProcessorand wraps anyChatMemoryRepositoryso that they transparently encode their values in the databasethis would work for any persistence mechanism - JDBC, Neo4j, Cassandra, etc.
