In terms of completing the PR, you need to update it in the following ways:

• Add a reference to the Accessible Name and Description Computation specification around line 147569 (in alphabetical order).

• Add a new <dt> and <dd> around line 4329 for the Accessible Name and Description Computation specification, separate from the one for ARIA.

• Move the <li> you edited into that new section.

I hope this isn't too much work!
